How khubani ka meetha is different from other desserts?

This special, delicious meetha is different from other desserts in a way, in that almost 50% of desserts are made with ghee or oil and with an excessive amount of milk. But in the apricot dessert, there is no ghee or oil used, and no excessive milk is used; only some amount of milk is used in the custard, which is added when the khubani dessert is served, and after the apricots are completely cooked, dissolved in water and mixed with sugar syrup.
Are there any artificial flavours added in khubani sweet dish?
No, never; there is no concept of adding artificial flavours in apricot sweet dish.

At least in my original recipe of Hyderabadi Khubani sweet dish, I do not include any artificial food flavours.
I trust only real home ingredients to prepare this yummy dessert.
