Why I introduce Hyderabadi khubani Ka Meetha sweet dish?

I introduced apricot meetha mostly because I was being married into a Hyderabadi household and learned how to prepare traditional Hyderabadi foods, such as Hyderabadi khubani meetha.
I wanted to know when I first had their delectable khubani meetha and when I received formal training to prepare and market my own version of the dish, both locally and nationally.
My consistency comes from my patience and hard work when preparing the Hyderabadi khubani dessert.

I am an expert at creating apricot meetha because, as a member of the Hyderabadi family, I am well-versed in the specialities of Hyderabadi cuisine and know exactly what to put in the khubani dessert as well as how to prepare this delicious dish.
Is there any ghee/oil added in apricot dessert?

Absolutely not; I personally do not add ghee or oil to apricot meetha.
The apricot meetha is purely made with non-dairy ingredients.
I only added a small amount of milk; I added it in preparation for the custard when the apricot dessert is ready to serve.
What ingredients I add in Khubani Ka Meetha Dessert?

I personally add only 4 ingredients in khubani meetha, which include:
- Dried apricots
- Sugar syrup
- Custard and
- Fresh cream.

How khubani ka meetha is different from other desserts?

I recommend this dessert because this special, delicious meetha is different from other desserts in a way, in that almost 50% of desserts are made with ghee or oil and with an excessive amount of milk.
But in the apricot dessert, there is no ghee or oil used, especially, I do not add any oil in it, and no excessive milk is used; only some amount of milk is used in the custard, which is added when the khubani dessert is served, and after the apricots are completely cooked, dissolved in water and mixed with sugar syrup.
Are there any artificial flavours added in khubani sweet dish?
No, I never used it; there is no concept of adding artificial flavours to apricot desserts.
At least in my original Hyderabadi Khubani sweet dish recipe, I do not include any artificial food flavours.
